Hong Kong Car Rental Guidelines:

• We will notify you of the Hong Kong rental car plate number and driver contact number before 6:00 p.m. the day before departure. Please arrive at the agreed time and location for pick-up. The waiting time for the vehicle at the agreed pick-up time and checkpoint is within 30 minutes. If there is a waiting time due to reasons from the customer, overtime waiting fees will be charged at a rate of HK$250 to HK$400 per hour, depending on the vehicle type. If less than an hour, it will be counted as one hour.

• Our shuttle services are point-to-point. If additional pick-up points are required, an extra detour fee of HK$150 to HK$400 will be charged per pick-up point, depending on the vehicle type.
• If you need English driver service, please inform us and pay an additional HK$120.

• The number of passengers includes children and infants being carried. The number of passengers for cross-border vehicles is based on the seating capacity indicated on the vehicle's driving permit. The traffic regulations regarding "overloading" do not specify the height, weight, age, etc., of passengers, but only the "quantity." Therefore, exceeding the stated seating capacity, such as having an additional child (even if it's an infant being held by parents), constitutes overloading.

• Valid travel documents with Hong Kong endorsements must be provided. If the endorsement type is for group tourism ("L" endorsement), passengers must use the Huanggang Port to avoid issues during customs clearance. Please notify us in advance to prevent any problems.

• Pregnant women without Hong Kong residency are not allowed to travel from Shenzhen to Hong Kong. (Pregnant women without Hong Kong residency refer to both spouses being mainland residents without Hong Kong identity; exceptions may apply to foreigners, please confirm eligibility for crossing the border on your own.)

• Normal working hours are from 06:00 to 22:00. An overtime fee of HK$250 per vehicle will be charged for services outside of working hours. Prices may be adjusted temporarily during major holidays and large exhibitions in Hong Kong, depending on the actual situation.

• To ensure smooth car usage, please settle the rental fee before using the car.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations of Hong Kong car rentals made 48 hours before the intended use, a fee of 10% of the rental cost will be charged. For cancellations made 24 hours before the intended use, a fee of 50% of the rental cost will be charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the intended use will incur a 100% rental fee. For major holidays, cancellations must be made 5 days in advance. The corresponding fees will be deducted upon cancellation, and we will refund the amount within 3 working days. The actual time of refund may vary according to the regulations of each bank.
